- 4 ounces of lean protein, weighed raw on a kitchen scale.
- Your cooking options are: Grilled or baked without any oil.
- You can choose one of the these options : Veal , Lean beef without visible fat, skinless chicken breast or turkey breast, fresh white fish (tilapia, tuna, Magi magi, snapper, salmon, lobster, crab or shrimp).
- Substitution for meat: 100 grams for cottage cheese 2 % or 1 whole egg (boiled).
